• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects and provide consulting services to multinational clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and recommend suitable ERP solutions aligned with client needs.
• Design and document business processes to support system implementation and optimization.
• Conduct user training sessions and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption and transition.
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in business application or ERP system implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with accounting or financial systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for client-facing communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
• A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
