• Design, develop, and implement production-grade AI solutions to meet enterprise needs.
• Improve AI performance through prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and advanced optimization techniques.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, including data ingestion, embedding, and vector search.
• Lead the full project lifecycle for web applications and digital workflows with a focus on process automation using n8n.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and infrastructure groups to integrate AI services into existing stacks via APIs.
• Produce structured technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and internal training guides for knowledge sharing.
• Conduct research to advance conversational abilities, decision-making processes, and system adaptability.
• Experiment with open-source libraries and emerging tools to implement novel AI capabilities within the organization.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI development, specifically with RAG and NLP systems.
• Senior-level candidates require over 5 years of experience delivering large-scale, production-grade AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with specific experience in PostgreSQL and vector databases.
• Demonstrated expertise with Generative AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, Ollama, and Model Context Protocol.
• Experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, alongside cloud-native deployment on AWS or Azure.
• Strong background in data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering for machine learning models.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight project deadlines.
