Job Description

• Provide comprehensive first-line support for enterprise IT systems, core applications, and hardware components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems to maintain business continuity.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure all platforms operate at optimal functionality.
• Execute the installation, configuration, and upgrading of various software and hardware assets across the organization.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and technical troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement critical system updates and infrastructure enhancements.
• Train and support end-users to ensure the effective and secure use of corporate software applications and systems.
• Manage data integrity and security by implementing and verifying appropriate backup and recovery procedures.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of three years of proven experience in a system support or technical support role.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in operating systems including Windows Server, Red Hat Linux (7.x/8.x), and macOS.
• Maintain essential knowledge and hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Exhibit familiarity with Microsoft products such as M365, OneDrive, and the standard Office suite.
• Utilize specialized tools including backup solutions like Avamar or Veeam, and management tools like SolarWinds or Symantec Altiris.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve user inquiries and technical problems promptly.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical end-users to provide high-quality service.
