Nature: 12 months contract
• Execute the installation, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and strategic planning for Internet, Intranet, and corporate website environments.
• Manage system software and hardware components for various user application systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Deliver on-call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required to maintain 24/7 operations.
• Monitor network health and performance, implementing proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in network administration and technical support.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Switches, Routers, WiFi Controllers, and Load Balancers.
• Exhibit strong technical knowledge of security appliances including IPS/IDS and Firewalls.
• Maintain solid understanding of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, and SAN Storage environments.
• Expertise in TCP/IP protocols within complex LAN/WAN network architectures is essential.
• Possess an excellent command of written English for technical documentation and reporting.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a more junior position.
