• Support Oracle implementation and support projects across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Provide comprehensive functional support, troubleshooting, system configuration, and development for Oracle Fusion and EBS applications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across different business units to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage full testing cycles including User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and quarterly release updates.
• Liaise directly with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues and maintain system stability.
• Assist in the transition and integration between existing E-Business Suite (EBS) systems and Oracle Cloud environments.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and Finance department management to ensure project alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in core Oracle modules such as Finance, Projects, Procurement, Maintenance, or Inventory.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environments, including ERP implementation life cycles.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Database SQL language and familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud or BI Publisher.
• Possession of Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Professional or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical details and business needs.
• Strong analytical skills for issue triaging, configuration fixes, and handling Oracle Service Requests.
