• Establish and lead the technical framework for bra pad development and sampling processes from the ground up.
• Oversee all technical aspects of production, including molding, lamination, cutting, and assembly setup.
• Define and implement standardized machine configurations and technical workflows for the manufacturing floor.
• Build and mentor an internal engineering team to enhance long-term technical capabilities.
• Work in close collaboration with the development and production departments to optimize product quality and yield.
• Support strategic decision-making regarding equipment procurement and manufacturing technology upgrades.
• Significant technical experience in bra pad manufacturing, molded cups, or intimate apparel production.
• Hands-on expertise in machinery setup, maintenance, and technical process optimization within a factory setting.
• Proven ability to manage and run complex manufacturing operations independently.
• Strong background in an OEM environment with a focus on technical engineering and production efficiency.
• Technical degree or equivalent certification in textile engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Willingness to be based in Vietnam and lead on-site production initiatives.
