Job Description

• Drive strategic business growth by securing new production orders through established buyer networks.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with major brands and retailers across Europe and Canada.
• Identify high-potential market opportunities and successfully convert them into active production contracts.
• Collaborate closely with internal manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of orders within Southeast Asian production facilities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the intimate apparel industry.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and sourcing to final production delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8 to 15 years of professional experience in apparel sourcing, vendor merchandising, or business development.
• Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with reputable European or Canadian apparel brands and retailers.
• Professional background working with global vendors or leading brands such as MAS, Li & Fung, Crystal, H&M, or similar organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely while effectively driving business into offshore production bases.
• Deep understanding of the intimates and bra OEM business, including production lead times and costing structures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
