Nature: Renewable Contract (1 year)
• Lead and manage Mainframe-based IT projects to ensure delivery within the specified scope, schedule, and budget.
• Liaise closely with project stakeholders and external vendors to monitor project progress and manage technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and test software solutions using IBM Mainframe, z/OS, MVS, and DB2 environments.
• Oversee the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to maintain high-quality banking application standards.
• Manage specialized banking systems, including Credit Card applications and online banking platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking or financial industry, with at least 1 year in a project management capacity.
• Technical proficiency in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and JCL is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in software design, testing methodologies, and SDLC management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with Putonghua being a distinct advantage.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent decision-making and independent problem-solving skills.
