Nature: Renewable Contract (1 year)
• Lead and manage IT projects through the full software development life cycle to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications across mobile, web, and banking platforms.
• Liaise closely with project stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct database design and management using Oracle, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop technical documentation including reports, system specifications, and unix scripts.
• Support various operating platforms including Unix, AIX, and Windows to ensure system stability.
• Implement modern solutions for mobile banking, online banking, and FinTech-related initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in IT project development, specifically within the banking or finance industry.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS for robust web development.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Database, MySQL, iReport, Oracle Forms, Crystal Reports, and VB.
• Strong experience in mobile application development and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in report writing and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of specific banking domains such as Loans, Sales Management, or digital banking is a significant advantage.
