Nature: Renewable Contract (1 year)
• Execute system-related tasks to ensure the provision of reliable computer systems for both development and production environments.
• Conduct hardware and software evaluation, planning, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing technical support.
• Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
• Oversee security baseline compliance reviews to ensure all systems meet institutional safety standards.
• Support Business Continuity Planning and participate in Disaster Recovery exercises to maintain high availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage system upgrades and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Possess over three years of professional experience in IT, with a strong preference for candidates from the banking sector.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in Wintel system administration, including change, patch, and security management.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Windows Security Baselines, VMware virtualization, and Active Directory.
• Exhibit proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
