• Strengthen internal communication channels across the division to facilitate effective two-way dialogue.
• Promote and support the bank-wide rollout of various innovative IT solutions and digital initiatives.
• Develop clear and visually engaging materials for formal executive presentations and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage public communications, including media interviews, press releases, and social media content.
• Organize industry events and coordinate comprehensive submissions for professional awards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging regarding technology transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role within corporate communications or public relations.
• Exceptional command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proven track record in managing high-level media relations and corporate branding strategies.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, professional, and accessible content.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
