• Participate in the evaluation of infrastructure products, services, and vendor solutions.
• Evaluate hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure technologies to enhance overall infrastructure operations.
• Provide expert advice on critical emerging application and infrastructure technologies.
• Develop infrastructure technology platform strategies and roadmaps to meet business capacity and growth requirements.
• Define architecture standards and strategies based on industry best practices to ensure a scalable and high-performance environment.
• Conduct architecture reviews and root cause analysis for complex issues to improve system resilience and disaster recovery.
• Validate infrastructure solutions for complex or non-standard configurations proposed by various project teams.
• Support infrastructure-related tasks for overseas branches in alignment with the global IT support strategy.
• Ensure all infrastructure solutions adhere to security baselines, governance, and seamless hybrid-cloud integration.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, risk control guidelines, and internal banking standards with high integrity.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on system architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong technical background in servers, networks, endpoints, databases, middleware, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with application development tools and modern IT infrastructure processes.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills for complex environments.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate teamwork effectively.
• Professional certification such as CISSP or CISA is highly advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred for communication with regional stakeholders.
