Nature: Secondment Contract (1 yr renewable)
• Lead and support IT compliance projects to ensure systems meet regulatory standards.
• Perform full-cycle system implementation following the established System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for production environments.
• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT project development and system analysis.
• Proficient in Java and Windows platform development, including hands-on experience with Visual Basic, Windows SQL, and Windows Scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in written English, with the ability to speak and understand Putonghua being a distinct advantage.
