• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT asset management, technology risk, compliance, or office administration.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and process mapping.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as HKMA (TM-G-1, TM-G-2), PDPO, or PCI-DSS, is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
