• Provide expert-level on-premises VDI support for both virtual applications and desktop environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new infrastructure deployments.
• Manage system updates and environment configurations following the established change management process.
• Monitor virtual desktop performance to ensure high availability and a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex virtualization issues and provide timely resolutions for end-user requests.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize virtual resource allocation and system stability.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in on-premises VDI support and administration.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing virtual applications and desktop delivery platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT change control procedures and operational standards.
• Technical knowledge of Sangfor or Citrix solutions is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
