Nature: 12-month Renewable Contract
• Provide comprehensive deskside and remote support for end users to resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Respond to and resolve incident and service request tickets promptly to meet service level agreements.
• Support and maintain Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, and standard office applications.
• Manage user account setups, password resets, and initial device configurations for new and existing staff.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.
• Ensure all technical support activities comply with internal IT policies and security standards.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for meeting rooms and executive presentations.
• Possess two to three years of relevant experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
• Demonstrate a solid technical background with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Show proficiency in basic networking, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory Connect.
• Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills for PC and server hardware and software in a Windows environment.
• Apply analytical and logical approaches to problem-solving across multiple services and technologies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and perform effectively while delivering results under pressure.
• Utilize knowledge of teleconferencing platforms such as WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Communicate effectively in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to support a diverse user base.
