• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Monitor the implementation progress of major projects to align with the bank's strategic objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive business development plans and strategic reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain business performance reports to track organizational growth and efficiency.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide actionable insights to optimize long-term strategic goals.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve bottlenecks in project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with preferred exposure to corporate business or frontline operations.
• Proven track record in handling banking projects or working within a banking environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills combined with a strategic mindset.
• Analytical and independent professional with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
