• Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms while developing data-driven content promotion plans.
• Oversee operational compliance processes and lead the strategy for content creation, publication, and maintenance.
• Ensure high quality and effectiveness in content delivery across all digital touchpoints.
• Systematically manage official customer engagement channels and monitor effectiveness through rigorous data analysis.
• Provide comprehensive internal and external support for product optimization and promotion.
• Develop internal training materials, customer communication scripts, and notification strategies.
• Plan and execute product promotion campaigns to accurately communicate value to target customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in online or product operations within the financial or banking sector.
• Proven experience in the banking industry or in managing large-scale banking projects.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and compliance risk control environments.
• Excellent data sensitivity and analytical skills with the ability to independently produce monitoring reports.
• Expertise in multi-channel operations planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
