• Develop, test, and implement high-quality SAP ABAP programs and system enhancements.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business analysts to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within SAP ABAP applications promptly.
• Optimize existing ABAP code to ensure maximum system performance and operational efficiency.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide necessary training to end-users and support teams.
• Participate actively in SAP integration projects and the development of system interfaces.
• Maintain strict compliance with established coding standards and industry best practices.
• Perform regular system maintenance and provide routine technical support for regional operations.
• Support the implementation of new systems and oversee technical requirements for regional offices, including Malaysia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong technical proficiency in at least one SAP functional module, such as FICO, MM, SD, or WM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrable ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude toward problem-solving.
• Previous experience within the retail industry is highly preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of RPA development tools, such as UiPath, is considered an advantage.
• Tactful and professional approach when handling user requests and resolving technical challenges.
• Experience in IT application projects and the full software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
