• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Oversee the successful deployment and implementation of marketing campaigns from initial ideation through execution.
• Manage diverse organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, social media, lead generation, and performance analysis.
• Produce engaging content for advertising campaigns and social media platforms designed to attract and convert target demographics.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, marketing agencies, and external vendors.

• University graduate with a degree in Marketing or a related academic discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience gained specifically within life insurance companies.
• Mandatory background as a current or former Head of Marketing within the life insurance sector.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer-centricity and business acumen.
• Independent and mature professional with the ability to initiate projects and work effectively under pressure.
