Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered for the appropriate grade within the team.
• Lead the digital transformation of remote banking and customer service centers by leveraging financial technology to empower business operations.
• Manage system requirements for remote banking platforms by identifying operational pain points and converting them into actionable business specifications.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including the initiation, promotion, and implementation of remote banking systems to ensure successful deployment.
• Coordinate comprehensive training and technical support for center staff to ensure effective utilization of system functionalities.
• Drive continuous improvement and system iterations to enhance user experience, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Execute additional strategic assignments and tasks as directed by senior management to support department goals.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate experience in implementing systems for remote online banking, contact centers, or call centers.
• Proven ability to create professional requirement prototypes and detailed Product Requirements Documents.
• Exhibit strong project management skills with the ability to integrate resources and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a goal-driven mindset with the capability to work under pressure and apply logical reasoning to complex problems.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential for professional communication.
