• Provide professional advice on various economic, financial, and policy issues impacting the banking environment.
• Conduct in-depth economic and industry research to support corporate strategy and business development initiatives.
• Forecast key economic and financial indicators while performing stress tests under various economic scenarios.
• Monitor global market trends and regulatory changes to provide timely updates to management.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and strategic projects as assigned by the department.
• Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Economics or a related discipline.
• Possess at least three years of research experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the banking sector.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Function as a collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.
