Nature: Renewable Contract (12-month contract)
• Lead the full product development lifecycle by translating business requirements from stakeholders into actionable user stories and prioritized IT backlogs.
• Act as the primary liaison, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration between various business units and the technical development teams throughout the project implementation phases.
• Support daily digital platform maintenance, including proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and administrative support and coordination.
• Drive continuous digital improvement initiatives through data-driven insights, research on emerging technologies, and assisting with application creation.
• Ensure platform reliability and quality by designing comprehensive test strategies and overseeing User Acceptance Testing processes.
• Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in digital product management, specifically for web or mobile applications, with a proven record in implementing customer experience strategies.
• Demonstrate strong technical acumen, including hands-on experience in testing Android and iOS platforms and proficiency in Content Management System operations (WordPress or Sitecore is preferred).
• Hold an Agile or Scrum certification, or have equivalent practical experience utilizing iterative development methodologies.
• Exhibit demonstrated expertise in using the Atlassian tools suite, such as Jira and Confluence, for effective project documentation and workflow management.
• Have experience in cross-departmental project collaboration and implementation, preferably within a large corporation that involves complicated work procedures.
