Nature: Renewable Contract (12-month contract)
• Assist in the formulation and execution of member management and communication strategies for the digital program.
• Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behaviors to provide actionable insights.
• Manage and execute the procurement of vouchers and maintain the operational redemption store inventory.
• Load, validate, and maintain data essential for generating operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate and execute logistics for offline and face-to-face member activities and events.
• Handle various program administrative tasks and provide essential support to the program lead as required.
• Support team efforts in the creation and enhancement of mobile application features and user journeys.
• Ensure all program operations adhere to complicated internal work procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Have four or more years of working experience in digital operations, marketing support, or a similar administrative role.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage time-sensitive operational workflows and deadlines.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Show curiosity about data and a willingness to learn basic analytics techniques for program monitoring.
• Be a passionate learner and proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Possess excellent communication skills necessary for effective cross-team and external coordination.
• Prior exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a significant advantage.
