• Lead and mentor the cloud engineering team to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Support technical presales engagements by partnering with the sales team to understand customer needs.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Azure Landing Zone architectures in alignment with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Define the subscription hierarchy, management groups, identity and access management (Entra ID), and networking topology.
• Establish governance policies, tagging standards, and cost management strategies within the Azure environment.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations for RFPs and tender submissions.
• Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase Azure capabilities.
• Articulate the clear value propositions and return on investment (ROI) of proposed Azure solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like ARM, Bicep, or Terraform, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Demonstrate deep, expert knowledge in Landing Zone design, governance, identity management, and security best practices.
• Exhibit strong technical presales skills, including the ability to present complex solutions and effectively handle objections.
• Capable of engaging professionally and communicating effectively with C-level executives.
• Integrate security controls such as Azure Firewall, Defender for Cloud, and Network Security Groups (NSGs), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement robust operational resilience and disaster recovery strategies for cloud solutions.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and hybrid or multi-cloud strategies is a desirable asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI and Data services for creating advanced solution proposals is beneficial.
