• Conduct detailed user requirement analysis and translate business needs into concrete technical solutions.
• Prepare specific proposals, system specifications, and comprehensive documentation for new and existing applications.
• Manage and execute the full software development lifecycle, including in-house application development, rigorous testing, and implementation.
• Provide application support and prompt technical troubleshooting for system-related issues and production environments.
• Perform system maintenance and documentation to ensure continuous operation, compliance, and easy reference.
• Undertake additional job duties or ad-hoc IT projects as assigned by the management team.
• Possess a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of practical experience in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and continuous integration.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in database management, specifically Oracle (PL/SQL) and MSSQL.
• Possess hands-on system development experience using at least two of the following technologies: PowerBuilder, Delphi, ASP.Net Core, PHP, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of the luxury retail industry being advantageous.
