• Lead and mentor the cloud engineering team to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Design and implement Azure Landing Zone architecture aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Define subscription hierarchy, management groups, identity and access management (Entra ID), and network topology.
• Establish governance through Azure Policy, tagging standards, and cost management practices.
• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations for RFPs and tenders.
• Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Azure capabilities.
• Articulate value propositions and ROI for Azure solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Integrate security controls such as Azure Firewall, Defender for Cloud, and NSGs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement operational resilience and disaster recovery strategies.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and enterprise deployments.
• Strong expertise in Landing Zone design, governance, identity, and security.
• Proven ability to present technical solutions, handle objections, and engage with C-level executives.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
• Experience with Microsoft AI and Data services for advanced solution proposals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of DevOps automation and modern cloud practices.
