Job Description

• Supervise daily customer service operations in the remote banking center
• Support the Centre Manager in overseeing a team of 5–7 staff members
• Ensure service quality and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Assist in workflow improvements and contribute to process optimization initiatives
• Prepare reports and updates for management review

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of customer service or banking experience, ideally in remote or online banking operations
• Prior experience in major Chinese banks such as CCBA, BOCHK, ICBC, or CITIC is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal skills
