Nature: Renewable Contract
• Provide system support for customer projects, including VMware, Windows, SAN, and AIX environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues across system components
• Recommend improvements to system performance and provide input to IT project leads
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain operational procedures, server records, and IT asset inventory
• Perform on-site support at airport data centers or customer premises as required
• Deliver non-office hours support when necessary
• Ensure compliance with best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply specialized knowledge to support airport-related systems and infrastructure projects
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in network design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Strong technical expertise in AIX, VMware, Windows, and SAN storage (IBM FlashSystem, HPE)
• Preferred knowledge in network engineering and Linux systems
• Professional certifications such as VCP, MCP, or AIX are highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively under tight schedules and demanding project timelines
• Proven track record in technical analysis and system optimization
• Strong teamwork and client-facing skills to support project delivery
• Familiarity with airport systems is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage
