Job Title: Assistant Manager (Digital Innovation & Program Coordination) (Insurance)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer (Digital Innovation & Program Coordination).
• Plan and execute member management and communication initiatives
• Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behavior
• Manage procurement of vouchers and oversee redemption store operations
• Load, validate, and maintain data for operational reports and dashboards
• Coordinate and execute offline member activities and events
• Handle program administrative tasks and provide operational support as required
• Support program lead in driving the success of the Live Young Program under the Digital Innovation & Growth Department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery
• Contribute ideas to improve program efficiency and member engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital operations, marketing support, or similar role (officer-level candidates with less experience may also be considered)
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive workflows with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity about data with eagerness to learn analytics techniques
• Passionate learner and proactive problem-solver
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team coordination
• Prior CRM exposure is an advantage
• Experience in consolidating data and generating reports preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a multinational company, ideally within financial institutions
