• Develop new and existing business with a focus on Greater China and Greater Bay Area markets
• Achieve annual sales targets by generating new revenue streams from corporate clients
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals in both English and Chinese to senior-level executives
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and recurring business
• Provide competitive market insights and feedback to ensure solutions remain relevant and differentiated
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes including service delivery, billing, and collections
• Support clients in Hong Kong, Greater China, Singapore, and overseas markets, with occasional travel as required
• Develop annual strategic sales action plans and provide accurate sales forecasts to management
• Evaluate and engage vendors to support client solutions and service delivery
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, IT, or related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or account management within telecom, ICT, cloud, cybersecurity, or system integration industries
• Sales experience and network with fast-growing enterprises in the Greater Bay Area or Greater China is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of telecommunications networks including voice, data, WAN, data centers, and infrastructure technologies
• Familiarity with ICT services such as unified communications, video conferencing, IT security, network optimization, and cloud solutions
• Understanding of managed services and managed security services market landscape
• Skilled in delivering persuasive sales pitches, preparing proposals, and handling tenders or RFP/RFQ processes
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, O365, and digital communication tools for pipeline and account management
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, and ability to project a positive professional image
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficient in written English and Chinese
