Nature: Renewable Contract (1 Year)
• Lead strategic planning and development of non-branch digital banking channels, with a focus on mobile applications
• Drive project execution to ensure timely delivery and high-quality product outcomes
• Design and enhance customer experiences across financial and non-financial service platforms
• Conduct market and innovation research to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Promote and implement innovative products that align with customer expectations and market demand
• Manage and coordinate multiple vendors to ensure compliance with technical standards and security requirements
• Perform market analysis to identify customer needs and align product development accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth product rollout and adoption
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in electronic banking or fintech
• Proven track record in developing and managing financial products, especially mobile apps and non-branch banking channels
• Direct involvement in at least 3–5 successfully launched financial product projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly
• Solid experience in market research and user needs analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and external partners effectively
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
