Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level.
• Support the planning and execution of member management and communication initiatives
• Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behavior to generate insights
• Manage procurement of vouchers and oversee redemption store operations
• Load, validate, and maintain data for operational reports and dashboards
• Coordinate and execute offline and face-to-face member engagement activities and events
• Handle daily administrative and program-related tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing and long-term program success
• Assist in monitoring program performance and preparing regular progress reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital operations, marketing support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive operational workflows effectively
• Curiosity about data with eagerness to learn analytics techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Previous exposure to CRM systems is an advantage
