• Provide first and second-line support for all front office, real-time trading, and market data systems.
• Administer user accounts and manage limit adjustments upon receiving Risk approval.
• Assist with the client On-Boarding process for both internal and external client bases.
• Handle manual ticket booking and manage client trades during system outages.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of manual processes, such as reporting, to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between the technology department and business groups to effectively communicate system changes.
• Ensure strict compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SFC and adhere to the internal operational risk framework.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and professional conduct, consistently reflecting the company's core values.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing support for front-end trading systems and administration tools.
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Fidessa, TT, Stellar, CQG, Webice, and CME Direct.
• Minimum of two years of experience dealing with global exchanges like ICE, CME, and Eurex.
• At least one year of experience with Exchange connectivity across global derivative, commodity, cash, and equity markets.
• Proficient working knowledge of database queries and Excel for compliance audits and management reporting.
• Prior experience with client On-Boarding using FIX and bespoke API protocols is required.
• Working knowledge of the FIX Messaging Protocol, with a minimum of six months of hands-on experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Willingness to work shift duties between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM (8.5 hours per shift) from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, and public holiday coverage (if the London Metal Exchange is open).
• Proven ability to be a dynamic and proactive team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
