Candidates with less experience will be considered as e-Banking App Product or Operations Specialist
• Manage the entire product life cycle for the bank's mobile application (APP), focusing on features like account management, smart advisory services, and cross-border payments.
• Formulate and execute the annual product roadmap, and develop the mobile App operations strategy and execution plan, aligning with the bank's digital strategy.
• Build and implement a user behavior analysis system, and design and execute comprehensive online and offline campaigns to drive user engagement and adoption.
• Analyze user behavior and transaction data using SQL/Python to design A/B testing models, enhance user conversion and retention rates, and produce detailed optimization reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D (Agile development), QA, and Compliance (KYC/AML), to ensure efficient feature development and timely project delivery.
• Manage the Product Operations Closed-Loop Management process, including monitoring App feature usage rates and managing the user feedback cycle.
• Integrate new financial products (e.g., credit card installment plans, wealth management) to optimize revenue models while strictly controlling customer complaint rates.
• Lead AI function development (e.g., intelligent customer service, automated anti-fraud) to enhance user service efficiency and risk control, and track trends of Generative AI in financial scenarios.
• Conduct regular competitor research and analysis of peer App strategies to identify innovative and differentiated operational approaches.
• Collaborate with compliance departments to ensure all App operations and campaigns adhere to regulatory standards.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in managing APP products or operations within the Banking or Fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successful campaign planning, execution, and experience leading at least two full-cycle operations or product projects.
• Possess basic data analysis skills using languages such as SQL or Python, and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) compliance requirements for e-Banking.
• Strong ability to identify user needs through data and develop viable commercialization pathways for App features.
• Be able to provide concrete examples of past projects, such as implementing payment systems or wealth management modules.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Axure, Sketch, or Figma (Product focus) or experience in cross-cultural collaboration with distributed teams (Operations focus).
• Experience in AI projects (e.g., deploying machine learning models, intelligent recommendation systems) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
