Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Officer or Assistant Manager title.
• Lead and manage the full IT project life cycle, from initiation through to the final roll-out, including dedicated projects for the Investment business line (Stock, Fund, and Bond).
• Act as a dedicated Business Analyst to thoroughly understand, analyze, and document business requirements and specifications for new IT initiatives.
• Work closely with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, regulatory bodies, and senior management, to ensure successful project implementation and drive projects to achieve defined goals and objectives.
• Provide essential support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate effective IT solution design and problem-solving sessions.
• Coordinate the IT Incident and Problem management process from opening to closing, ensuring proper approvals and policy adherence, including leading the problem and change review meetings.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports on IT operations performance and project status.
• Review and approve Change Requests, organize the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and monitor the completion status of all changes.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a combination of Project Management, Business Analysis, and IT Service Management.
• Previous professional experience within the banking or financial industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate experience in successfully leading digital change programs with distributed teams, including internal and external resources across various locations.
• Exhibit strong technical knowledge across IT Infrastructure, Database, System, and Network domains to support IT Service Management.
• Strong experience and proficiency in effective stakeholder and vendor management are essential.
• Possess excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, maintain performance effectiveness, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while working under pressure.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese) is required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of project management principles and the ITIL framework.
