Job Description

• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with a primary focus on Microsoft Hong Kong managed accounts.
• Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline utilizing the company's Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, timely updates, and visibility across Microsoft Cloud & AI, M365, and Copilot solution areas within the sales pipeline.
• Deliver engaging remote demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Present the business value of Microsoft technologies, specifically in Cloud, AI, M365, and Copilot, tailored to client needs and industry context.
• Apply a solution-driven sales approach to understand customer challenges and position the Microsoft offerings as strategic enablers for digital transformation.
• Partner with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the lead-to-close journey and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Integrate feedback into the sales strategy.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales Key Performance Indicators.
• Contribute to the company's growth in Microsoft solution adoption across the Greater China Region (GCR).

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or business development.
• Ideally have experience within SaaS, IT services, or B2B technology environments.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders across business and technical domains.
• Be able to grasp Microsoft technologies and articulate their value in simple, business-relevant terms.
• Be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Show a strong commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
