Job Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales operations, including updating internal databases, preparing monthly reports, and offering clerical assistance.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Assist in key operational tasks such as sales registration, final variation reviews, and cost sheet preparation.
• Manage daily project documentation, including tenders, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Collect and organize necessary documents from sales managers for sales registration.
• Handle and maintain direct sales orders throughout the procurement cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and documentation management as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Business, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Possess three to five years of working experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Have knowledge of the tender and procurement process.
• Demonstrate a good command of both written Chinese and English.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in using SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).
• Be proactive, eager to learn, mature, and detail-oriented, with excellent teamwork skills.
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multitasking environment.
• Previous working experience in the IT industry or a multinational corporation is an advantage.
