• Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with the procurement of office supplies and services.
• Maintain and update accurate sales and procurement records.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and procurement teams.
• Ensure effective communication within the team to facilitate seamless operations.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and process enhancement discussions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
• Be proficient with office software, especially MS Office.
