• Execute AV projects with a focus on professional standards and efficiency.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific AV needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide technical support for AV and unified communication systems across various sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, preparing detailed reports for maintenance.
• Support the project manager with documentation, system implementation, and project handover.
• Possess a Diploma or higher in Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a preference for candidates with over 2 years in the field.
• Be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Have experience with AV control systems and configuration.
• Prior experience in system integration is beneficial.
