Job Title: System Engineer (Windows Server, VMware)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, operation, and administration for servers, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms.
• Perform daily operational tasks and changes for servers, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, and manage servers, storage, backup, and virtualization platforms on-site.
• Support and implement Virtual to Virtual (V2V) migration of servers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Conduct daily system health checks and data backups.
• Track and route incidents and service requests.

Requirements

• Possess a diploma in computer science or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Cantonese and a good command of English.
• Have solid knowledge of server, storage, VMware, and backup infrastructure.
• Possess experience in supporting Windows Server, NetApp Storage, HPE Alletra SAN Storage, SAN Switch, Veeam backup, and VMware vSphere environments.
• Be able to provide basic support for Active Directory, Windows Server, Veeam Backup, VMware vSphere, and SAN storage.
• Have at least 3 years of working experience in IT operations, administration, and support for IT infrastructure.
