• Provide daily IT helpdesk support for a primary school.
• Handle escalation processes to IT, line managers, and vendors.
• Perform routine operations including server monitoring.
• Conduct desktop, notebook, tablet, and Wi-Fi maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Manage overtime service, which is compensated hour by hour.
• Possess relevant working experience in IT helpdesk and support.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
• Exhibit strong team cooperation.
• Hold a related academic discipline and experience.
