Location: Sha Tin reporting center (with support for other retail shops)

Job Description

• Offer first-tier support service for IT infrastructure to end users.
• Ensure robust daily business operation across stores, service offices, and the warehouse.
• Cover infrastructure services including workplace management, server operation, network, capacity, basic database administration, IT security management, facility management, and appointed projects.
• Proactively monitor daily infrastructure or application services.
• Implement preventive actions and solutions in collaboration with the Customer Group IT, contractors, or service providers.
• Provide first-tier efficient service to store end users.
• Act as the focal point for first-tier help desk service, server, storage, and network support.
• Record, respond to, or escalate user incident logs to teammates.
• Ensure service levels are secured and delivered to maintain high-level service satisfaction.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects for stores, service offices, and the warehouse.
• Assist with planned activities or appointed assignments from the line manager.
• Responsible for updating documentation of the infrastructure landscape.
• Assist in conducting necessary training for store end users to increase basic IT knowledge.
• Reduce the number of incidents by enhancing user IT knowledge.
• Perform all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Secure the availability of business applications.
• Engage with Risk Management for IT security policy adherence to manage and secure business information in the store.

Job Requirements

• Possess two to three years of IT-related working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Demonstrate medium-level knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic knowledge of applications.
• Exhibit a strong passion for performing daily operational support.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be customer service oriented.
• Demonstrate logical and creative thinking abilities.
• Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• This position is not suitable for fresh graduates.
