• This role requires attendance during shift duties, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• The average weekly working hours are 40.25 hours per week.
• The working window for shifts includes: Day 1: 08:30-21:00; Day 2: 20:30-00:00; Day 3: 01:00-09:00; Day 4: off duty.
• Participate in shift duty teams according to the predefined roster.
• Monitor and check system operations.
• Rectify minor faults and prepare detailed fault rectification records.
• Perform software and program debugging.
• Execute immediate system backup and restoration procedures.
• Conduct system configuration and integration for upcoming system enhancements and improvements.
• Perform any other operation and maintenance duties as assigned.
• Possess a Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in an appropriate Engineering discipline with at least three years of post-qualification working experience; alternatively, a Diploma or Certificate in an appropriate Engineering discipline with at least five years of post-qualification working experience in the operation and maintenance of supervisory audio-visual systems, video conference systems, and network device setup and management.
• Demonstrate at least three years of proven working experience in audio-visual system, video conference system, and network device setup.
