• Provide second-tier technical support and daily operations for system and network infrastructure
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues efficiently
• Implement projects, including system installation, configuration, testing, and change requests
• Deliver technical advice and expertise on network infrastructure design, configuration, and project deployment
• Manage system and network changes, including patch updates
• Support infrastructure ad hoc tasks as required
• Plan, design, and deploy system and network solutions across data center, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and network security environments
• Conduct testing and certification of network designs, products, and services
• Prepare network diagrams and conduct user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project cycles
• Diploma in Computer Information Technology or equivalent
• At least three years of experience in technical support and administration for Windows and Linux platforms
• Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, FCA, or MCSE) are an advantage
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Ability to work outside office hours and travel when necessary
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, switching and routing (Layer 2 & 3), OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and DIA technologies
• Understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and H3C switches
• Familiarity with virtualization software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
