• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM – 06:00 PM.
• Saturday shifts (08:45 AM – 01:00 PM) may be scheduled by the IT Department Management Team.
• Saturday PM, Sundays, and public holidays are designated off days.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Setup and maintain office IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identity and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure the proper functioning of virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Utilize network monitoring tools like Nagios and SolarWinds to oversee and optimize performance.
• Oversee server maintenance practices and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Manage cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, in both dedicated and hybrid environments.
• Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with both short- and long-term organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of system administrators and technicians.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding system administrators.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISM, TOGAF, CASP+, CISSP, and CCNA are highly preferred.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, including server management, virtualization, cloud environments, and network monitoring.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and practices within IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
