• 7x24 work schedule
• Assist Service Engineers in service provision.
• Perform customized Network Service Reports, fault, and operation management for established services.
• Conduct network equipment surveillance, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Execute remote configuration changes and update documentation for customer network equipment.
• Implement ad-hoc and emergency changes on network equipment configurations as required.
• Provide helpdesk support.
• Coordinate with internal parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drills, or disaster recovery.
• Holder of a Higher Certificate in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in ICT implementation or maintenance support.
• Knowledge of Network Management tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
