Job Description

• Assist Service Engineers in service provision.​
• Perform customized Network Service Reports, fault, and operation management for established services.​
• Conduct network equipment surveillance, troubleshooting, and maintenance.​
• Execute remote configuration changes and update documentation for customer network equipment.​
• Implement ad-hoc and emergency changes on network equipment configurations as required.​
• Provide helpdesk support.​
• Coordinate with internal parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drills, or disaster recovery.​

 

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Higher Certificate in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.​
• Relevant experience in ICT implementation or maintenance support.​
• Knowledge of Network Management tools is an advantage.​
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls.​
• Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner.​
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.​
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.​
