• Implement security solutions, policies, and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide post-sales maintenance support for security solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve support incidents.
• Higher Diploma in Cybersecurity or relevant IT qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in security solutions such as Firewall, VPN, EDR, APT, etc.
• Certification in Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks is advantageous.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Service Engineer.
