Job Description

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing calendars
• Maintain and organize office files, project documents, records, and databases
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment
• Perform clerical tasks as needed to support the team

 

Job Requirements

• Experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or IT Assistant in the IT industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a flexible attitude
