• Deliver technical expertise to support security technology solutions.
• Handle project implementation, documentation, and post-sales maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily system monitoring, provide helpdesk support, and troubleshoot security solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform routine housekeeping.
• Stay informed on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and industry best practices.
• Hold a Higher Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent IT qualifications.
• Possess experience with security technologies such as Firewall, VPN, EDR, NDR, DLP, IPS, Anti-Virus, and APT.
• Provide customer support during both office and non-office hours.
• Certifications like Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, CISA, or CEH are a plus.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in security project migrations.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a self-motivated attitude.
• Work proactively with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Service Engineer role.
